TESS joined Save Our Scruff in 2020 as an Adoption & FTA Counsellor. Apart from just generally loving all dogs all the time, the biggest inspiration for her joining the Save Our Scruff community was her scruff Bones (adopted in 2019). Pre-Save Our Scruff she had fostered for the Toronto Humane Society, which taught her a lot about dog rescue and advocacy. Today, she brings that same passion and dedication to her role as Scruff Counsellor.

When she’s not thinking about dogs, Tess is probably thinking about bagels. She loves them so much, she even got a tattoo of one.
