PENNY joined Save Our Scruff in 2021 as Team Admin. Initially, she signed up as a foster for the 2021 Jamaica intake, but her potential pup didn’t end up boarding the plane. But she stayed in touch, and when she saw a posting for this position, it was meant to be. Recently retired, she is happy to be devoting her extra time to her passion for rescue.

Outside of Save Our Scruff, Penny has a ton of hobbies: skiing, hiking, yoga, cooking, cottaging, travelling, knitting, bird watching, choral singing…the list goes on! Fun fact: Penny had a collie who was a rescue, and all four of her cats have been rescues.
