LAUREN came to Save Our Scruff in 2020 as a foster. She always loved dogs and wanted to test out how a dog might fit into her lifestyle so she gave fostering a go! Though the experience made her realize she’s not ready for the commitment of adopting a dog just yet, she fell in love with Save Our Scruff’s mission and discovered she could lend a hand in other ways — which led her to her current role as Fundraising & Events Coordinator. She brought with her a team-player attitude, and loves getting to work with a diverse & passionate group of people with so many different strengths.
Outside of Save Our Scruff, Lauren loves to read, hike, camp and just about any other activity that involves spending time outdoors with lots of cool people.
