What's better than getting outside for some exercise with your pooch, you ask? Doing it for a good cause! 

2021 marks the first ever Woof Walk Challenge! By tying up your laces and joining this virtual event, your dog isn't the only one you'll be helping! The Woof Walk Challenge was created to encourage community members and their dogs to get outside and enjoy some movement together, while also supporting two local organizations: Save Our Scruff and Second Harvest.

To join in on the fun, all you have to do is go to the link below and select which challenge you’d like to take on! Based on your set goal of total Kilometers walked by December 31st, you can select from a variety of challenge options that range from 150km-1000km in distance. As an added bonus, all participants will receive an awesome Woof Welcome Kit that includes treats for you and your furry counterpart(s), plus some other great perks!

Funds can be raised for Save Our Scruff through registration, donations, crowd funding, and Woof Walk merchandise purchases. All money raised from this event will go towards any or all of the following areas: Supplies, Training, Vet Services & Medication, Spay & Neuter Surgeries, as well as Intakes & Transportation!

Participants can keep an eye on our social media channels for fun Woof Walk Mini Challenges and team updates throughout the year! Join in on the fun, and encourage your friends to do the same! We can’t wait to hear from all of you on your challenge progress!
