VC started at Save Our Scruff in 2016 as a foster parent. After fostering one game-changing scruff named Princy, the rest is Save Our Scruff history. In their current role as Scruff Team Lead, VC puts that gift of the gab to good use, asking questions and “talking dog” with fellow advocates and potential adopters. Previous experience as an animal lover, change leader, and entrepreneur has definitely come in handy for this role.
When not talking about dogs, you will likely find VC advocating for other important causes, rocking out to whatever song comes to mind, or lost in the city with a black coffee in hand.
