Come join us at F45 Pickering for a gentle yoga experience by Cynthia Vuchev created for athletes accompanied by essential oils by Melissa Leithwood followed by handcrafted organic juices by Vitality Juice Co and fresh organic Wheatgrass shots from Mindful Urban Farm.

New to yoga, experienced, in need of some release from all of your workouts or just plain curious this is the class for you.  Your mind and body be will relaxed with oils to help support a well balanced practice.  Afterwards you will be nourished with fresh organic juices and wheatgrass shots.

The $10 donation for this event will be 100% donated to the Spay/Neuter Clinic hosted by Save our Scruff in Cambodia in March that Cynthia has organized and is attending.
