You’re invited to be part of the spookiest event of the year - Howl-O-Ween Unleashed: Pup Costume Party + Parade on Saturday, the 26th of October 2019! For the past 5 years, Unleashed in the City, Toronto’s premier Canine Adventure Company and Social Club, and Helmut the Pug, host of the Toronto Pug Grumble, have teamed up to throw the best canine Halloween event in Toronto. Save Our Scruff will be onsite at Unleashed selling merch and spreading awareness!
